RESOURCE REQUIREMENT
PROJECT EXECUTIVE
Contract Duration: October13 - April14
Weekly Hours: 35
Salary: £28,500 p/a
 
JOB SPECIFICATION
Scottish Chambers of Commerce seeks an experienced, self motivated Project Officer with excellent
project delivery and stakeholder management skills.
This role will provide vital project support, driving everything forward from planning to implementation, and directly influencing project efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
For the most part, the Project Executive will be responsible for liaising with key stakeholders, monitoring
project schedules and budgets and preparing progress reports. The position will also play an important
role in project planning along with risk and issue management.
Working closely with the SCC Operations Director, this role will entail the following responsibilities
 
 
This is a contract role until Apil 2014, with potential for extension.

ADMINISTRATOR
Contract Duration: October13 - April14
Weekly Hours: 35
Salary: £17,000 - £19,000 p/a
JOB SPECIFICATION
Scottish Chambers of Commerce seeks an experienced, self motivated Administrator.
Working closely with the SCC team, primarily the Project Officer, this role will entail delivering the
following administrative requirements:
− Data management
− Finance monitoring
− Invoice processing
− Stakeholder communications
− Process execution
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
Essential
− Administration experience - evidence will be requested
− Team working
− Excellent communication skills
− Excellent organisational competence
− Sage Line 50 experience
− IT office software competence
− Understanding of Financial Accounting
Desirable
− Experience working with European funded projects
− Educated to Degree Level
 
This is a contract role until April 2014, with potential for extension.
