Within this session you will explore the key innovative disruptors that are driving change at an ever increasing pace within organisations. During the workshop you will learn about and examine the top 10 factors that organisations are addressing as priority in their pursuit of Industry 4.0 success.
Delegates will perform a comparative examination of these factors to their own organisational strategies and business models, and will take from the session an overview of the key areas that their own organisation may need to address to maximise future opportunities.
The session will also seek to provide attendees with a clear understanding and increased knowledge of the connection between organisational strategy and Industry 4.0 disruptive technologies, and the impact that this will have on their organisations and the wider business community in the future.
John is a Vocational Trainer at Ayrshire College, specialising in Business Leadership and Management.
John delivers a wide variety of accredited and bespoke courses to private, public and 3rd sector organisations, as well as being the lead trainer for the Institute of Leadership and Management courses offered by the College.
