This practical workshop will describe how you can use simple tools and techniques including, induction; pathways/Training Needs Analysis; appraisals; peer to peer/informal learning; and leadership to retain your most talented staff.
It is one of three workshops during Business Week that will keep you competitive in the race for talent. The others are Recruiting Talent on 5th November and Parting Company with Talent on 7th November.
