Join us as we explore the impact that lockdown, isolation and general effects of COVID-19 has had on mental health in the workplace. We will be joined by Moray Wellbeing Hub and R-evolution and we will look at why the pandemic has made us and staff feel the way we do. They will share ways on how we can be more tolerant of one another and they will share the many tools that are accessible when supporting people with their mental health.
Educating everyone on mental health and having a better understanding enables mental health in the workplace much more manageable.
We will be joined by Heidi Tweedie – Director, Moray Wellbeing Hub and Debi Weir – Development Manager, R-evolution and there will an opportunity for Q&A.
