Our Round Table with Alan Birse, Expense Reduction Analysts, will be a focused discussion on challenges and misconceptions of procurement activities while looking at the opportunities available to businesses and ways of optimising the supply chain.
The round table will also allow attendees to discuss the challenges they are facing and what they are doing currently.
Who is our speaker?
Alan Birse spent over 20 years working in the Electronics Industry with a variety of companies including Quantum Corporation and Sun Microsystems. For the last 12 years he has been working with Expense Reduction Analysts, a leading global network of cost optimisation experts. With over 1,000 clients in the UK, managing in excess of £600m of clients’ spend, ERA is in a unique position to help companies get the best value from their supply chain.
