Date Event: 12/05/2020 Published by: Dundee and Angus Address: https://www.dundeeandanguschamber.co.uk/events/Webinar-Series-with-Carrick-Management_4853.html

Carrick Management, along with Dundee & Angus Chamber of Commerce, are hosting a series of webinars to help businesses find growth solutions through their culture, structure, strategy and finance approach.

Carrick Management is a Dundee-based specialist in business improvement, we are fundamentally entrepreneurial in our approach to creating better outcomes for our colleagues.

Based in Dundee One, at Dundee’s waterfront development, we specialise in finding growth solutions for local businesses but are also steeped in experience across the globe.

Bringing that international expertise to the local economy is a huge part of our aim; nurturing and developing the talent that already exists and preparing them for the future.

Our approach is simple – we work together with colleague businesses, identifying the areas in which improvements can be made in the areas of culture, structure, strategy and finance. We create the plan together and work tirelessly on implementation as part of your team.

In this, we are prepared to add to your team, or become the interim management for your team. Either way, we are hands-on managers who treat your business as if it was our own. The changes should be identifiable and measurable and we expect to be judged on them. In fact, we will judge ourselves on them.

You can sign up to the individual webinars or the full series.
