“The new Cabinet inherits a substantial in-tray, not least in relation to the economy. Scottish businesses will want to see early action to strengthen competitiveness, expand international trade opportunities, improve access to renewable energy, address workforce and skills challenges, and accelerate investment in the infrastructure that underpins long-term economic growth.”
